Welcome to Bored Bear LTD, Company Number 16439369, registered in Landgate Chambers, 24 Landgate, Rye, TN31 7LJ, England, United Kingdom, a mobile gaming subscription service for children. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Bored Bear app and services ("Services") provided by Bored Bear LTD. ("we", "us", "our"). By subscribing to Bored Bear or allowing your child to use the app, you (the parent or legal guardian) agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be a parent or legal guardian to subscribe to Bored Bear. By subscribing, you confirm that you are over the age of digital consent in your country (e.g., 18 years old in the UK) and that you have the legal authority to allow your child to use Bored Bear.

3. Subscription & Payment

●      Bored Bear is offered as a paid subscription service.

●      You will be billed periodically (e.g., monthly or annually) through your app store account (Apple App Store / Google Play / Amazon Appstore).

●      Subscription fees, billing cycles, and renewal terms are presented at the point of purchase.

●      Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

●      Cancellations and refund requests must be managed through your app store account. We do not offer refunds or credits for partial subscription periods

●      All billing, cancellations, and refunds are handled by the app store provider (Apple, Google, or Amazon) and are subject to their terms and policies. We cannot process refunds directly.

4. Free Content

Bored Bear may offer certain games or features for free. Access to additional games and content requires an active subscription.

5. User Conduct

You agree to:

●      Use Bored Bear for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

●      Ensure your child uses the app in a manner consistent with these Terms.

●      Not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or interfere with the app’s functionality.

6. Data Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data. By subscribing or allowing your child to use Bored Bear, you acknowledge and accept the practices described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Content & Intellectual Property

All content within Bored Bear, including games, graphics, and audio, is owned by Bored Bear LTD or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written permission.

8. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue parts of Bored Bear at any time without notice. We are not liable for any changes or suspension of services.

We are not responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performing, any of our obligations under these Terms that are caused by events beyond our reasonable control. Such events may include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, extreme weather, acts of government or regulatory authorities, pandemics, labour disputes, internet or telecommunications failures, hosting provider outages, cyberattacks, or other events of force majeure. In such cases, our obligations will be suspended for the duration of the event, and we will take reasonable steps to minimise its impact.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Bored Bear if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or abusive activity.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bored Bear LTD will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of Bored Bear. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the subscription in the 12 months prior to the claim.

11. Content Availability & Changes

Bored Bear continuously updates its game library to ensure a fresh and engaging experience. As part of this, we may add, modify, or remove games and features over time.
 We do not guarantee that any particular game, feature, or content will be available at all times. Content availability may change for various reasons, including licensing agreements, technical updates, or business decisions.
 By subscribing to Bored Bear, you acknowledge that your subscription provides access to the service as a whole, and not to specific individual games or content items.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
